Upon delivery of your device, our expert team travels directly to your location to ensure a seamless setup and optimal performance. We don’t just install your equipment—we provide in-depth, hands-on training for you and up to five team members, covering every aspect of safe and effective device operation. You’ll also receive a clear, science-backed overview of the benefits and best practices of Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) or Red Light Therapy, Cryotherapy, Neurosonic and other devices we offer - empowering you, your family or your team to deliver outstanding results and confidently answer client questions. Enjoy our white-glove service, personalized instruction, and practical wellness insights—so you can focus on what matters most: helping your clients thrive. Note, this is a on day service and the price includes our travel and accommodation.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Rescheduling Policy – All Services 1. Booking & Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment for any service (virtual or on-site). 2. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 2 hours before the scheduled start time, subject to availability. To reschedule, you must notify us by email or phone at least 2 hours prior to your appointment. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time. Rescheduling requests made less than 2 hours before your appointment, or failure to attend (“no-show”), will result in forfeiture of the payment. No refund or further rescheduling will be provided. 3. No Cancellation/Refund Policy: We do not offer cancellations or refunds for booked services. You may only reschedule your appointment as described above. 4. Provider-Initiated Changes: In the rare event that we need to reschedule your appointment, you will be offered the option to reschedule at no additional charge or, in exceptional cases, receive a full refund. 5. Application of Fees: If you upgrade from a virtual service to an on-site service as a result of unresolved issues, any fees already paid for the virtual service will be credited toward your on-site service. 6. Agreement: By booking any of our services, you acknowledge and agree to these booking and rescheduling terms.
