On-Site HBOT Service & Support—Expert Care
Service Description
Ensure your hyperbaric oxygen therapy equipment operates at its best with our professional on-site service and support. Our certified technician will travel directly to your location to provide expert maintenance, troubleshooting, or repairs—so you can keep your wellness operations running smoothly and safely. Please note: Additional travel and/or parts expenses may apply, depending on your location and service needs. Price if for 1 hour of on site service. After the first hour $800/hour. We always try to be as quick as possible and do not take breaks during our visit.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Rescheduling Policy – All Services 1. Booking & Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment for any service (virtual or on-site). 2. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 2 hours before the scheduled start time, subject to availability. To reschedule, you must notify us by email or phone at least 2 hours prior to your appointment. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time. Rescheduling requests made less than 2 hours before your appointment, or failure to attend (“no-show”), will result in forfeiture of the payment. No refund or further rescheduling will be provided. 3. No Cancellation/Refund Policy: We do not offer cancellations or refunds for booked services. You may only reschedule your appointment as described above. 4. Provider-Initiated Changes: In the rare event that we need to reschedule your appointment, you will be offered the option to reschedule at no additional charge or, in exceptional cases, receive a full refund. 5. Application of Fees: If you upgrade from a virtual service to an on-site service as a result of unresolved issues, any fees already paid for the virtual service will be credited toward your on-site service. 6. Agreement: By booking any of our services, you acknowledge and agree to these booking and rescheduling terms.
