Cancellation Policy
Booking & Rescheduling Policy – All Services 1. Booking & Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment for any service (virtual or on-site). 2. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 2 hours before the scheduled start time, subject to availability. To reschedule, you must notify us by email or phone at least 2 hours prior to your appointment. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time. Rescheduling requests made less than 2 hours before your appointment, or failure to attend (“no-show”), will result in forfeiture of the payment. No refund or further rescheduling will be provided. 3. No Cancellation/Refund Policy: We do not offer cancellations or refunds for booked services. You may only reschedule your appointment as described above. 4. Provider-Initiated Changes: In the rare event that we need to reschedule your appointment, you will be offered the option to reschedule at no additional charge or, in exceptional cases, receive a full refund. 5. Application of Fees: If you upgrade from a virtual service to an on-site service as a result of unresolved issues, any fees already paid for the virtual service will be credited toward your on-site service. 6. Agreement: By booking any of our services, you acknowledge and agree to these booking and rescheduling terms.
